Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
There are instances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error.
- Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you an email notifying you about the receipt of your returned item. We'll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Following that, contact your bank as there might be processing time before the refund is posted. If after these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@liibot.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items over $30, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these measures.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
